Tussie Mussie (Durational Performance, 2024)
For the 20th anniversary of the Kunstverein Tiergarten, the artist Minh Duc Pham will create flower arrangements for the exhibition rooms of Galerie Nord in a durational performance.
Referring to the 19th century concept of the Tussie Mussie, these are small bouquets of flowers with hidden messages. As temporary and site-specific interventions, they are both floral congratulations as well as memories and tributes to the artists and all those involved in the Kunstverein Tiergarten programme over the past 20 years.
Minh Duc Pham is a visual artist and performer. In his works in the fields of visual and performing arts, Pham deals with the topic of identity in the field of tension between gender, race and class.

Käthe Kruse liest A-D
In 2020, Käthe Kruse exhibited 80 text paintings at Galerie Nord I Kunstverein Tiergarten, which contained a total of 3927 painted words. She had taken these from the headlines she had collected from German-language daily newspapers over a period of 366 days. She reads the words from A to D from this collection.
