Performance by Rafał Dziemidok on the fourth concerto of Vivaldi’s “Four Seasons.”

Rafał Dziemidok’s solo performance project is a physical experiment on time and transience and a re-approach to a Baroque musical work, “The Four Seasons” (op.8, 1725), by Antonio Vivaldi, whose wear and tear through telephone waiting loops and various commercial re-arrangements has made its original musical richness fade and become inaudible. With an unconventional dance approach to the work originally published under the title “Il cimento dell’armonia e dell’inventione”, whose performances are stretched over a period of six months, Rafał Dziemidok ventures into the “contest between harmony and invention” on six dates in the various exhibitions of the Galerie Nord | Kunstverein Tiergarten.
